FEBRUARY 4, 2014- TUESDAY

TO THE FOLLOWERS OF THIS BLOG:

GOOD DAY.

I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT THIS DAY, WE CANNOT CONTINUE OUR MISSION WORKS, SINCE WE ARE OUT OF FUNDING.

WE WILL NOT HAVE ANY MISSION WORKS THIS DAY.

I CAN ONLY PRAY FOR THE POOR AND THE NEEDY THIS DAY WHOM WE CANNOT HELP.

I ALSO PRAY FOR THE POOR FAMILIES WHO WILL STARVE THIS DAY- SINCE WE HAVE NOTHING TO HELP THEM WITH.

DUE TO THE LACK OF FUNDS, I WAS UNABLE TO SEE A CRITICAL PATIENT THIS DAY, WHICH THE RELATIVES HAVE BROUGHT THIS DAY TO THE HOSPITAL.

MANY LIVES ARE AFFECTED WHEN THIS HAPPENS.

ENTRUSTING TO GOD THESE HAPPENINGS.

WHEN WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO DO OUR MISSION WORKS ADEQUATELY YESTERDAY, THE FOLLOWING EVENTS HAVE HAPPENED:

1. A strong earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of between 5.7 and 6.1 hit the western Greek island of Kefalonia before dawn Monday, sending panicked residents into the streets just over a week after a similar 5.9 quake damaged hundreds of buildings across the region

2. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) is monitoring and studying the consecutive earthquakes recorded in the West Philippine Sea, northwest of Bolinao, Pangasinan. They are trying to determine what caused the consecutive, if mild, shocks in the West Philippine Sea as well as to find out if an “earthquake swarm” is occurring in the area.

The first tremor was recorded at 1:40 p.m. Saturday, with the epicenter of the magnitude 3.9-quake located 96 kilometers northwest of Bolinao in Pangasinan. More tremors followed, the strongest of which was a magnitude 3.8 quake, until 5:21 a.m. Sunday. The earthquakes had a depth of focus that ranged from one kilometer to 21 kilometers. The epicenters of the quakes were located near the Manila trench, but Philvolcs is checking if there is another fault system in the area that may be the cause of the consecutive tremors. Philvolcs warns that more earthquakes may occur in the area.
3. IRAN-  Moderate earthquake damages buildings, disrupts cell phones. A magnitude 5.5 earthquake Sunday jolted a sparsely populated area in the country's south.

4. Ecuador's Geophysics Institute is reporting that the Tungurahua volcano has erupted three times, spewing ash and lava.

5. ENGLAND-Environment Agency warns high tides, large waves and strong winds could lead to floods in south-west and southern England

6.  Ukraine is on the brink of economic disaster as its currency plunges to a four-year low amid political turmoil and a tug-of-war between Russia and the European Union.
